FAQs

How do I get started?

Head over to the Sign-up page and select the program that suits your objectives; you can select a 5-day or 20-day plan. After you’ve selected your program, you can choose up to 3 ingredients to exclude in case of dislikes or allergies.

Next, fill your information to create a profile with us and finally, select the days you want your meals delivered for.

For the custom-macro plan you just need to specify how many grams of protein, fats and carbs you want per day. Again, you do have the option of choosing up to 3 ingredients to leave out in case of dislikes/allergies.

How soon can I start?

Once payment is complete, we just need 48 hours to prepare your first order.

When do extra charges apply?

If you want to add snacks there is an extra charge of AED25 per day.

What is the cancelation & refund policy?

We do not offer cancelations or refunds. BetaBox management will review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and may deem a refund necessary. However, this is at the discretion of BetaBox.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to anywhere within the emirate of Dubai.

How does delivery work?

Once you have specified where you want your delivery dropped off, we then deliver it on your specified days between 3am – 6am or 8am – 11am, you can choose your delivery slot when we confirm your order. If you choose a Saturday within your plan, your Saturday delivery will be included in your Friday delivery.

What time do you deliver?

Between 3am – 6am or 8am – 11am Sunday-Friday. You can choose your delivery slot when we confirm your order.

What if I want to pause delivery or only want food on certain days?

You can pause your delivery anytime by making the request through your portal—we just need 48 hours’ notice to process your freeze. The portal also lets you choose and edit your delivery days; again, we just need 48 hours to respond.

How will I know what each meal contains?

Each meal with come with an informative label of what’s included inside.

Will I need to prepare my food?

Some meals will need to be reheated in the microwave; these will be labelled. We suggest 3 minutes in an average microwave. However, this may vary depending on the power on the microwave.

How long do the meals last?

We only deliver daily as we want to keep the food fresh, and we recommend eating the food on the day. However, the meals can last up to 3 days.

What if I have a food intolerance?

You can choose up to 3 ingredients to exclude from your plan in case of dislikes, allergies or food intolerance.

What if I am pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan? ?

You can choose a Pescatarian option through the exclusions options by selecting “Only Fish (pescatarian)”. If you would like a Vegan plan we have a dedicate Vegan plan on the plan options.

What if I want to exclude an ingredient(s)?

You can choose up to 3 ingredients to exclude from your plan in case of dislikes, allergies or food intolerance.

Where can I find the nutritional information for my meals?

Each meal will come with an informative label of what’s included inside.

Can I tell you my nutritional requirements / macros?

Yes, you can. Simply select the Custom-macro plan and configure the plan to your specific macro-nutrients.

Can I change my nutrition requirements?

You can change your plan through the portal; we need approx. 48 hours to process any changes.

Do you have a dietician who can support me?

Very soon. We are currently in the process of combining the meal plans with our dietician programs. In the meantime, head over to StudioRepublik to start your diet consultation program.
